An opportunity exists for an experienced and committed individual to move into a leadership position within the QA Documentation Department. This position will have you working closely with the Operational Support Supervisor to promote a cross functional department.
 

You will lead a diverse and specialised team within the department who are responsible for reviewing, updating, maintaining and coordinating systems for document distribution.  This includes Specifications, Test Methods, Master Batch Manufacturing Documents and Master Batch Packaging Documents. You will also ensure that all Master Documents and associated systems comply with GMP guidelines.
 

An exceptional eye for detail and flexible well organised approach is essential.  The ability to challenge existing systems and implement change while maintaining GMP compliance in a fast paced environment is required.
 

To succeed in this role you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated decision making skills, a customer service focus and the ability to build relationships.  In addition you will have previous leadership experience, demonstrated time management skills and a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent.  Experience in the pharmaceutical industry would be considered an advantage.
