We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our Regulatory Affairs team, reporting to the Head of Regulatory Affairs. Your responsibilities will include photocopying, filing, booking of travel requirements and performing other general administration duties for the department.

 
About You:
• Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills
• Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in your work,
• Proven ability to work to deadlines
• Possess proficient computer skills
• Previous experience in or exposure to a pharmaceutical or regulated environment is highly desirable

To succeed in this role you will have strong administration experience and be passionate, self motivated and quality focused. In addition you will have demonstrated time management and organisational skills and the ability to positively contribute in a team environment.  In return you will work within a dynamic and professional team in a challenging role where you will have the opportunity to further develop your skills.
