Due to sustainable growth an opportunity exists for an experienced HR Consultant to complement our HR team within the KPMG Perth office.
Reporting to the HR Manager, WA you will be responsible for all aspects of generalist HR for the Perth office with responsibilities including: performance management; remuneration and benefits recruitment and selection; employee relations; and consulting with the business on overall HR activities to ensure they are inline with business needs and are within the scope of the national human resources strategy.
This position is a high level, fast-paced generalist role. To be a success in this role you will have generalist HR experience ideally with a professional services background. HR qualifications and knowledge of market trends are essential and a dynamic personality and good sense of humour will guarantee your success!
