Business Administration Traineeship
We currently have an opening for a Business Administration Trainee in the North West of Sydney. Working for this Electrical contractor you will learn many aspects of the business and be an integral part of the team.
WPC Group is a not-for-profit group training organisation that specialises in helping people with little to no work experience to gain entry into the workforce through apprenticeships and traineeships.
This Business Administration traineeship is based in the Hills and includes duties such as compiling project folders, service call allocation, using the company system for scheduling visits / service calls for the technicians. In addition to these skills you will also learn invoicing and follow up answering of phones and enquiries related to call outs.
To successfully join WPC Group you must portray the following:
Are reliable, punctual & motivated to succeed
Are an Australian Citizen or permanent resident
Having had some office experience is an advantage
Need to be well presented with good communication skills
Hold a current driver’s licence with your own reliable transport (not necessary)
Have not completed a Certificate III in any other course
A snapshot of the duties that you would be required to do whilst completing a Business traineeship may include:
Word processing, spreadsheets, presentations
Typing / Data entry
Telephone / Switchboard
Processing accounts
Preparing and collating documents
Ordering stationery
Assisting team members and management
