Well known and established club is seeking a hardworking Apprentice Chef who is currently in their 3rd or 4th year. This role is an excellent opportunity to utilise the skills you have gained through your apprenticeship in a fast paced and energetic environment. This club is focused on their high level of food quality and adherence to hygiene standards.
In this high volume kitchen, you will be creating and serving approx 60-70 dishes each meal period. You will be working with a big team and under the instruction of a well respected Exec Chef and Sous Chef. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to learn and develop amongst a highly professional brigade.
In order to be considered for the role we are looking for the following:
Experience with creating and serving up mains and grills
Good understanding of temperatures and HACCAP
Experience within a Restaurant, Hotel or Club
Excellent attention to detail with serving presentation
Own transport is essential
Must be available for weekend work
If successful for an interview you must provide us with your current qualification transcripts as proof of your Apprenticeship level.
