A fantastic opportunity exists for an experienced and dedicated professional to join Liquorland Warrawong (NSW) in the role of Store Manager.
The focus of this role is to manage business development, store presentation, stock management, administration, team member development and most importantly, customer service.
Key responsibilities of the position include:
Provide leadership in terms of superior customer service and store culture
Implement company practices and team initiatives to ensure ongoing business enhancement and development
Manage people and teams through effective coaching, development and performance management
Ensure business effectiveness through professional communication
Compliance with company policies and procedures including legislative requirements
To succeed in this role, you will possess the following skills & attributes:
Effective leadership skills and a professional approach to performance management
Proven high level of customer service skills
Excellent organisational and administrative ability
Focused approach to the training and development of team members
Strong knowledge of wines, beer, spirits and the liquor industry preferred
Creative merchandising ability
Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of customers, suppliers and internal company representatives
Availability to work across store trading hjours, INCLUDING WEEKENDS
RSA Certificate essential
Fork Lift licence a bonus
