We are currently working on two of the most innovative and advanced Naval Defence contracts in Australia- the Collins Class Submarine Through-Life Support Project and the Air Warfare Destroyer Program and we are now seeking a Logistic Engineer to join our Collins Class Through Life Support Project.
Reporting to the Logistic Engineering Manager this role will be responsible for the analysis of the Collins Class submarine systems to determine reliability issues, failure data, maintenance requirements, supportability requirements and safety considerations. The development and implementation of Logisitics Engineering processes and procedures as well as the review and validation of vendor supplied data for completeness, accuracy and applicability are also important tasks this role will undertake.
The successful applicant must possess a tertiary qualification in Engineering as well as Maintenance Engineering experience preferably in the defence industry. Some experience in the area of reliability and maintenance analysis would also be desirable for this role.
Applicants must be eligible for Australian Department of Defence security clearance.
