We currently have a vacancy in our Business and Information Systems Team at Osborne, SA for a customer focussed Help Desk Officer. ASC offers you the chance to grow and develop your skills within a dynamic project driven environment.
As a Helpdesk Officer you will be responsible for the provision of 1st and 2nd level technical support, problem identification and resolution across a number of sites. This will include:
Ownership of specified incidents and requests from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Management of daily backup routines, including restoration of data.
Monitoring of critical corporate systems and escalation of issues identified.
The build and deployment of Corporate IT Assets.
To be successful in this role you must have relevant experience in a helpdesk role for a medium to large organisation. Your strong communication skills will enable you to interact with all levels of the organisation, both on the phone and in person. Your problem solving skills will help you successfully navigate in this challenging environment.
Applicants must be eligible for Australian Department of Defence security clearance.
