This position is responsible for a large and diverse capital works program to meet the exciting demands of a growing region and plays a vital and exciting role within the Engineering Services Team. The overall $55m capital program includes a range of interesting projects to be delivered by Councils day labour team and by contract. This position will have a high degree of autonomy and responsibility in negotiating suitable outcomes for the development and planning of projects from concept to procurement.
