You will be joining a leading ASX listed group that is embarking on a path of corporate renewal and managerial revitalisation. Key to this strategy is the appointment of a commercially savvy Finance Manager with experience of change and cost management, process improvement and the ability to partner with the senior management team.
You will be focussed on driving transformational change via business process improvement and implementation of best practice reporting and decision support systems. You will be a strong communicator able to improve commercial awareness within the business, with an analytical mind to drill into key costs whilst handling month end reporting and additional projects like capital investment evaluation.
As a qualified CA/CPA/CIMA you will be seeking a challenging role where process and systems improvement and business partnering will be key to your success. Ideally you will be from a manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain environment with an understanding of labour costing.
