We currently have a vacancy for an experience Test Manager to work in our testing team.
In this role, the Test Manager will need to be a good communicator (spoken and written) and have had experience planning, organising, delegating, prioritising, tracking and controlling the tasks of the team members. You will also need to know how to successfully prepare test estimates, strategies, schedules and plans, as well as preparing completion reports. They must be able to lead workshops and walkthrough meetings, defect review meetings, and test entry/exit (or readiness) meetings.
To be suitable for this role, the successful applicant must possess the following:
Minimum 5 years test management experience essential
Proven analytical skills in formulating a test approach and strategy that is customised to a projects needs.
Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects
Experience in both technical and functional testing
Experience in System Testing and SIT essential (UAT only experience would not be suitable for this role)
Banking/Finance experience desirable
Role open to both permanent and contract
This role will be based in the CBD
