We currently have vacancy for a Test Manager. The Test Manager will be required to work in our RiskIT & Global Markets teams.
Risk IT provides business system and technology support, design, delivery & solution delivery management to Global Markets, Market Risk Management & the broader Group Risk. This area is an internal client facing area and liaises with external vendors in order to maximise system spends. This area is vital to the business going forward given our dependency on technology for efficiency and productivity.
The CSPARQ development team is responsible for the analysis, design, build & implementation of the market & credit risk systems. Included are change and problem management with dependencies of Enterprise Services shared services for the full IT lifecycle.
In this role, the Test Manager will need to be a good communicator (spoken and written) and have had experience planning, organising, delegating, prioritising, tracking and controlling the tasks of the team members. You will also need to know how to successfully prepare test estimates, strategies, schedules and plans, as well as preparing completion reports. They must be able to lead workshops and walkthrough meetings, defect review meetings, and test entry/exit (or readiness) meetings.
To be suitable for this role, the successful applicant must possess the following:
Minimum 5 years test management experience essential
Experience working in Credit Risk and/or Market Risk Environments.
Knowledge of financial instruments, derivatives and equities. High level understanding of the pricing and risk associated with the financial instruments.
Experience working in a Financial Markets or similar environment.
Experience in System Testing and SIT essential
Must have Permanent residency in Australia
