Provide nursing leadership to renal services, incorporating in-centre, acute and home and patient support therapies. Ensure the efficient and effective provision of care, based on clinical standards and best practice principles within a collaborative and multidisciplinary framework by coordinating the clinical, management, education and nursing research functions within renal services.
Essential Requirements -
Must provide current practising certificate(s) as evidence of a right to practise as a Registered Nurse in Tasmania. The Commissioner has determined that the person nominated for this position is to satisfy a pre-employment check before taking up the appointment, promotion or transfer. The following checks are to be conducted:
1) Conviction Check in the following areas: a) crimes of violence; b) sex related offences; c)serious drug offences; and d) crimes involving dishonesty.
2) Identification Check.
3) Disciplinary action in previous employment check.
