Construct and manage minor facilities and infrastructure in accordance with approved plans and standards. Prepare and implement infrastructure maintenance programs.
Essential Requirements -
To access Band 4 Range 2 salary levels the following are essential: Registered as an accredited building practitioner in accordance with the Building Act 2000. Five (5) years minimum experience in building and building maintenance work.
Desirable Requirements -
A current motor vehicle drivers licence.
