Based in North Sydney, this is an ideal opportunity for someone to develop their career within a corporate environment. You will be responsible for the efficient sorting, preparation, scanning, indexing & retrieval of documents for various operational units.
Working as part of a team this position will be focused on:
• Receipting, matching & distribution of mail
• Preparation & scanning of documents
• Indexing documents and paperwork
• Microfilm retrieval & document archiving.
As the successful applicant you will have previous administrative experience and a strong eye for detail. You will have a genuine interest in developing your career in the financial services industry and have a confident and outgoing nature.
