Property Lawyer - Retirement Village - The Real Estate and Funds Management team service all aspects of asset management and have particular skill in complex structured transactions (including developments) and funds management products which involve real estate. Allens Arthur Robinson is seeking to appoint an experienced property lawyer with at least 3 years post admission experience with an interest or experience in retirement village developments and aged care housing. We have some of Australia’s leading experts on managed investments law and real estate law. The teams advise some of Australia’s largest fund managers, corporations and multinationals, including having acted on some of Australia’s most significant real estate deals, trust floats, mergers and development projects and having devised sale and leaseback transactions for major banks and corporations. The range of services we provide is diverse, including: general real estate and structured real estate transactions; real estate and funds management (including IPOs and new products); Retirement Village developments; Aged care housing; stapling of vehicles; mergers and takeovers of funds and businesses; development projects and real estate finance; custody & administration, and preparation & amendment of trust deeds; licensing, corporate governance and compliance; and asset management, investment management, investor-directed portfolio, nominees and custody services.
