ROLE
Joining our Melbourne based motor claims team, you will be providing administrative support to the team, whilst learning the process of insurance claims. Responsibilities include:

Collect and distribute incoming mail within agreed time frame
File current and closed files
Archive closed files and retrieve files when required
Process new claims and accurately collect data
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for an organised individual who demonstrates a high level of initiative. Someone who has a strong customer focus and excellent communication skills will be suited to this role. If a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are among your strengths, this is the ideal role where you can begin your insurance career.
