ROLE
In this challenging position you will be responsible for the proactive management of a busy corporate property claims portfolio. With a total focus on quality claims management and A grade client service you will ensure claims are settled to the best advantage of the company whilst maintaining fairness and integrity. Your relationship management skills will be utilised as you partner with our service providers such as loss adjusters, tradesmen & repairers, as well as maintaining open communication with our broker network.
REQUIREMENTS
Your strong attention to detail, client focus, and proven experience as a claims officer in corporate or commercial property claims will be key to your success. Your technical skills are solid and you can demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills. Industry qualifications are preferred. You are highly motivated and you thrive in a team environment.
