Primary Objective:
The primary objective of the role is to grow and maintain a profitable Packages portfolio by delivering a consistent level of service in accordance with our Service Standards and adhering to our Underwriting Guidelines and Authority Levels for the nominated panel of Brokers.
Key Challenges:
To provide a consistent level of service that matches or exceeds the minimum service standards.
Achieving sales and retention targets in accordance with our budget
Support any marketing initiatives.
Develop relationships with the nominated panel of Brokers

Key Responsibilities:
The Role:
Is accountable for the efficient delivery of Packages quotes including follow up of quotes, Zstream referrals and underwriting services to our Brokers
Must operate within underwriting authority as delegated in writing
Will maintain retention ratio’s as determined by Branch operational plan
Pro actively manage and follow up renewals
Develop and grow the nominated Top Pots for both Packages and Corporate
Acts as the dedicated contact point for the Broker Panel in relation to Packages business
Broker visitation and attendance at Broker functions as required
Essential Qualifications:
Insurance qualifications preferable
Technical capabilities:
Sound insurance knowledge of underwriting Packages business
Knowledge of Polisy system
Knowledge of Zstream

Comply with all systems and processes that are designed to record and report regulatory, industry and organizational breaches, in particular breaches of standards prescribed by the Zurich Risk Policy manual.
