The Role
An exciting opportunity has become available to work in our life risk team as a Business Support Officer in our Perth office. This position will be supporting a Business Development Manager (BDM), in a personal assistant capacity, enabling them to focus on revenue generating activities. This opportunity is ideal for someone with solid administration skills that they have developed within the financial services sector looking to develop their career in a sales arena.
The key responsibilities of this role will include;
Making appointments with Intermediaries for BDMs;
Prepare Sales Kits, ensure up to date for BDMs each week;
Provide office based adviser support, answering phone enquiries, booking appointments and managing the BDMs diary;
Arrange Adviser Functions; and
Ensure BDMs maintain continuing education & training requirements.
Requirements
As the successful applicant you will have drive and energy and will be action orientated. You will enjoy a role that allows you to manage your own time and work independently.
