In this key role you will contribute to the development of the Zurich Group by providing full administrative support to the Chief Executive.
Your responsibilities will include:

Proactive diary management & meeting co-ordination
Management of email, telephone calls and voicemails - responding where appropriate
Ensuring the Chief Executive has all necessary information and documentation for daily activities
Developing appropriate systems, procedures and controls to enhance the accuracy, timeliness and presentation of Chief Executive’s work
Organisation and attendance at fortnightly Executive Management meeting; including agenda, papers, minutes and action items
Key point of contact for customers, business associates, Directors, Executive team
Coordination of travel arrangements and assistance with annual budget for Chief Executive cost centre
As the successful applicant you will be a great organiser who is detail focused with proven EA/PA experience at Chief Executive Level. This is a dynamic, hands-on role so you will be keen to have true involvement in the team. Ability to influence others, advanced skills in Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task are essential. A competitive remuneration package + annual bonus, commensurate with experience, will be offered to the successful candidate.
