ROLE
With no two days the same, this is an exciting role that is influenced heavily by global events, natural disasters and political unrest. Due to rapid growth our Credit Card (travel) claims team in North Sydney is looking for an experienced claims officer to join the team. In this challenging role you will co-ordinate and settle travel claims across the world for incidents such as theft, loss of luggage, burglary and medical expenses.
RESPONSIBILITY
As the successful candidate will have solid experience within travel or home/domestic claims, strong attention to detail as well as highly developed negotiation and communication skills. Exceptional customer service and a keen eye for detail will see you thrive in this role.
