To join our finance team, is to become part of a supportive team that has great exposure to the business. This role looks after the Life Risk side of our organisation, where you will be responsible for
liaising with the Life Client Service Centre and other areas daily to ensure bank reconciling items are cleared
completing year end financial statements
preparing regulatory returns eg. APRA
local statutory and Corporate Centre reporting
general ledger reconciliations
ensuring the Life system bank account reconciliation is correctly performed daily
responding to ad hoc requests for information / analysis from other areas within the organisation
You will
have the ability to build and foster relationships with our External and internal business partners:
be university qualified in accounting and hold CA, CPA or equivalent
have solid experience in a financial accounting position
be very proficient in Excel
