Highly respected, long established Australian household name is seeking a highly commercial, driven and numerate individual to support the General Management within Victoria. Working closely with the SMT, you will have the opportunity to drive business change, identify and lead strategic projects, work closely with suppliers and customers and relay financial information to non financial people.
Key deliverables and responsibilities will include:-
- Driving change to achieve strategic and operational goals.
- Identify and implement recommendations for improvement across product groups, suppliers and customers.
- Ensure Financial and Commercial Performance of the region and product groups.
- Delivery of information to give real insight into the business.
- Extensive project work as directed.
You will be a qualified accountant (CA/CPA) with 5 years experience within a commercial environment. This role has a heavy commercial content and as such you will need to be comfortable dealing with Directors and External Customers, plus be able to demonstrate a strong level of communication including relaying Financial Information to Non Financial people.
