Join one of Australias most prestigious and highly-respected services firms in the Finance Department as part of the Financial Planning and Analysis team.
As Management Accountant/Business Analyst you will interact across various business units providing management accounting and analysis support to senior management to help them better understand business performance and where to focus to improve results. Your input will be seen as an important strategic influence in setting future business plans.
You will be involved in preparing management reports, analysing and reporting on financial performance, explaining KPIs, digging behind the numbers, preparing budgets and forecasts and running with general commercial and ad-hoc projects. You will be working with and advising senior management where they can improve performance. This is not a sit in the corner role, but ideally suited to candidates of great confidence with initiate and business acumen.
You must be CA/CPA qualified with at least three years commercial experience in carrying out similar investigative analysis and management reporting. You will have strong technical accounting skills, advanced excel skills, a problem solving nature, great communication and organisational skills while being flexible and adaptive to change.
