Work with people to make a difference Sydney Location 6 Month Contract Work on a great project My Client, a world leader in its field is looking for an experienced Change Manager to join their team in January 2009 for a minimum of 6mths. What my client is looking for: An experienced Change Manager with a focus on People and Organisation Change. You would need to demonstrate previous experience with a successful change implementation within a large scale environment as well as; A Passion for People BPR experience Organisational Change experience with a focus on Cultural and Systems Change Management strategies Experience with developing Change Management strategies Experience with SAP or Oracle Systems Implementation (non technical is ok) And ideally FMCG experience What the role entails: You will be working on one of the best SAP Projects in Australia and get to work with some of the best consultants You will be looking after all aspects of change management within SAP Projects and also the organisational change. What you will be offered: A competitive daily rate for a 6 month contract (with extension till the end of the project for the right person).
