What are we offering you?
Foster’s Group comprehensive 2 year Graduate Program has been designed to ensure that graduates will gain valuable knowledge and experience via both formal and hands-on training. The Graduate Program consists of 3 different placements over the 2 plus year program. It exposes Graduates to the diverse geography, scale and product grade targets of Foster’s many vineyards & interactions with its grower supply base, as well as engagement with some of the industries most highly regarded people & practices. Subject to performance, graduates can expect to continue their career development in our organisation upon successful completion of the program.

We are looking for graduates that posses an outstanding level of commitment, drive and desire to learn in a safety-oriented, team-based environment. If you have the right attitude to apply your new-found knowledge in a fast paced environment, we know we can help you achieve your long-term career goals.
You will be involved in an array of strategic and tactical projects whilst working in "state of the art" facilities located throughout Australia.
Qualifications:
• A sound & consistent academic record
• A degree in Viticulture, Horticulture or Agriculture, completed by 2008

• Leadership
• Initiative and creativity
• A willingness to relocate on a regular basis
