ROLE
This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated individual looking to build a career in L&D. Ideally suiting an L&D Assistant looking for a development opportunity we will groom you to engage management and staff alike in the provision of quality L&D solutions.
Your key responsibilities include:
Coordinate GI Induction Training
Daily administration of Zurich"s LMS
Build / develop short training pieces (e-learning and instructor led) - supported by more experienced members of the team
Manage the GI training calender
Develop and manage Polisy systems training - with support from other team members
Develop, manage and report on course evaluations and effectiveness of training
Buddy with senior L & D consultant to develop, consultation, communication and presentation skills
REQUIREMENTS
Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment is preferred. Experience in General Insurance would be highly valuable. You will be a confident team player with results focus and excellent communication skills.
