A vacancy exists for a Part time Concierge Administrator - 12 month contract, in the Property Services Group at Southbank. This role will need to be available to work the required 6 hour shift from either 8.00am to 2.00pm or 1.00pm to 7.00pm and will need flexibility to cover sick and annual leave shifts of Concierge team members.
This role is responsible for providing exceptional service and information to all internal customers, external visitors and callers and to provide various administration duties to ensure the efficient running of Property Services. Key responsibilities include maintaining a professional image at all times, greet and sign in all visitors and manage incoming calls to the switchboard in a professional and courteous manner. You will also adhere to, monitor and report on strict security procedures and policies within the building and assist with security services for launches, functions and company announcements
You will have extensive experience in operation of switchboards and experience in corporate reception procedures together with having excellent interpersonal skills, exceptional personal presentation and have an ability to communicate with a broad range of people internally and externally. You will have strong analytical, listening and organisational skills as well as being proficient in Microsoft Office. Advertised:
