Due to our recent growth and continued success, Raytheon Australia now has a requirement for a Sustainment Manager to join our team in our Henderson WA office.
The Sustainment Manager is responsible for the ongoing management and operation of all logistics related activities within the Program. This includes managing spares and repairs, managing the Warehouse, all logistics engineering activities within the program with a focus on supportability and obsolescence analysis, technical publications and training material support.
The Sustainment Manager will oversee a team of people including logistics engineers, technical publications specialists, inventory controllers, asset and other logistics related staff who will be responsible for::

Overseeing the repair management activities of the program
Maintaining records of Objective Quality Evidence (OQE) for all required equipment.
Conducting logistics engineering as required by the program.
Developing Technical Publications as required to meet the requirements of the program.
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

Qualifications in a Logistics discipline or equivalent 
Strong people management and leadership skills
Logistics engineering experience in areas of Logistics Support Analysis, Technical Publications, Configuration Management, Life Cycle Costing, Obsolescence and Supportability Management and FRACAS.
Knowledge of Logistics Information Systems and their operation
Familiarity with the Department of Defence’s SDSS system and logistics processes.
Strong desktop computing skills  
Successful applicants will be assessed on their organisational suitability to work in a security environment. Security clearance may be required.
