POSITION OVERVIEW

We now have a requirement for an Avionics Technician who wishes to join a professional, successful and highly regarded team supporting the Avionics Workshop in Edinburgh SA.
Reporting to the Team Leader, the successful candidate will be responsible to perform faultfinding, functional testing and deeper level maintenance on the P3 Orion avionics components.
Applicants must be able to prove that they are qualified to work on defence aircraft components in accordance with Australian Defence Standard 9022 and possess a Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Avionics) or equivalent. Applicants demonstrating previous experience on defence aircraft will be highly regarded.
This position requires applicants to hold or obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance.
