We are currently looking for a Construction Manager to assist in the powerhouse expansion project at the JDFPG mission. You will be responsible for planning for and construction of the expansion to the existing power house onsite.
Project work includes building onto the existing facility, fit out of the new building installation/testing/commissioning of the new powerhouse generators. You will daily manage this project including schedule and budget performance and provide oversight to all this project’s subcontractors.
You will have celebrated construction management skills and have a special track record of completing projects on time and to budget.
To succeed in this role, you will be able to :
• Work and act harmoniously as part of the project management team
• Manage and drive subcontractor performance safely and effectively
• Communicate across all levels and have experience in developing program plans and budgets
