POSITION OVERVIEW

Due to our recent growth and continued success, Raytheon Australia now has a requirement for a warehouse controller to join our team in our Amberley office.
BASIC FUNCTION
This position will be responsible for a wide variety of activities. Responsibility will cover data entry, warehouse operations and other administrative tasks as required for the Australian Defence Air Traffic System (ADATS) Follow On Support Program.
This position will be based at Amberley, Brisbane QLD. The work environment shall be a warehouse and office environment. You will be a member of a highly diverse team, located throughout Australia.
Responsibilities (not exhaustive):
Warehouse operations including, Inventory control and Data management, Auditing, Receipt and Shipping of items for import/export and national carriage.
Packing of items to meet transport/export requirements.
Reporting of stock levels.
Monitoring supplier performance including Turn Around Times
Procurement recommendations and sourcing of items.
Forklift operations.
Data entry of ADATS Failure Reports and Technical Information.
Data extraction and manipulation for Failure Reporting and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) reporting and investigations.
General administrative control functions as required.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Essential:
Appropriate qualifications/experience in a Data Entry/Clerical or Warehouse operational discipline.
Good written, oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team environment, or when required as an individual.
Understanding and commitment to the principles of workplace diversity and equity, and OH&S.
Use of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer).
Commitment to self-improvement with the focus on qualifications/skills update and contemporary industry practices.
Desirable:
Previous warehouse operations experience
Forklift License
FRACAS maintenance
Risk Assessment Knowledge
