POSITION OVERVIEW

With recent growth within our business we now have a requirement for Financial Systems Administrator.
BASIC FUNCTION
This role is responsible for administration, maintenance, security and access control of the finance and related operations systems. It will also be responsible for assigning helpdesk issues to the application systems support team and follow up to ensure resolution of helpdesk issues.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Maintain security and access control in line with approved Applications Security Plan and Access Control List. This includes setting of passwords and implementing other security controls as required.
Prepare and report on audit logs and trails to the Corporate Finance Team for reviews
Provide systems maintenance services including data validation, and cleansing and updates as required.
Have primary responsibility to manage and maintain time and attendance systems and provide user support and control functions, including updating time sheet working groups and group approval managers and report on time and attendance as required.
Essential skills required for this role are:

Excellent working knowledge and 3 years hands on experience with leading ERP systems
Understanding of the Financial Systems or the ability gain such knowledge
Experience and Knowledge in the use and database administration of SQL
Strong systems analysis skills
Candidates must be Australian citizens and be able to obtain and retain a Defence Security Clearance.
