ROLE
A challenging opportunity has become available for an experienced Motor Claims Officer to join our Commercial Insurance team based in Melbourne. With responsibility for a portfolio of commercial motor/fleet claims you will manage each claim from lodgement to settlement, driving both cost and service efficiency. As part of the role you will also develop strong relationships with our broker network and clients and will be an active participant in continuous improvement initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
As the successful candidate you will have solid experience within motor claims, strong attention to detail as well as highly developed negotiation and communication skills. Experience in commercial motor claims is preferred however this is an opportunity for those with domestic experience to break into commercial motor environment.
