Our client is a large federal government agency located in the Canberra CBD, currently seeking 4 new Service Desk / Help Desk Analysts to support critical delivery of technologies in the immediate future.
Knowledge and experience in the use of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft SCCM, Active Directory, Citrix, ITIL and Remote Access platforms are highly desirable.
What your day will look like:
Assist staff via phone, email, remote and onsite support with incidents and service requests (ITIL)
Undertake Level 1/2 Desktop support for staff onsite and remotely across the country
Perform systems administration and asset management tasks in support of the ICT Operations team.
Install and configure software and hardware and repair and replace peripheral equipment.
Contribute to standard operating processes and procedures.
What you will need for success:
Knowledge and experience in providing IT support in a help desk environment.
Excellent communication skills and able to support people either face-to-face or remotely.
Good analytical skills including the ability to show initiative and contribute to change and business improvement strategies.
Demonstrated personal integrity whilst meeting KPIs.
Candidates must be Australian citizens to apply due to security clearance requirements.
Candidates will need to undergo baseline clearance vetting.
