We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible, teaching innovator with authentic content knowledge in public health/health promotion and online education experience.
Collaborating with the course directors of the Master of Public Health and Bachelor of Human Sciences, you will be focused on convening units and enhancing the organisation and delivery of teaching to optimise the student experience. You will provide leadership of academic courses and activities, with an emphasis on pedagogic innovation, governance, and leadership within public health and across the University more broadly.

Essential for all applicants:
Master of Public Health or equivalent higher degree training
Demonstrated success in the delivery of lectures, tutorials, assessment, and exam marking in the relevant discipline area
Exceptional teaching skills including evidence of excellent student outcomes and reflective practice
Demonstrated innovation in pedagogy, teaching practice, online learning, and/or curriculum development
Evidence of successful delivery to diverse student cohorts at undergraduate and/or postgraduate levels
Criteria for Senior Lecturer applicants:
Evidence of creating a superior student experience and student engagement
Demonstrated success in academic leadership in the delivery of units or courses
Proven contribution to the advancement of learning and teaching within one’s discipline
High motivation, flexibility, and proven online and digital experience
Completion of a PhD
Additionally, teaching or professional accreditation (such as HEA fellowship, ESSA accreditation) will be highly regarded
