Integral role maximising key business contracts
Contract management and administration experience essential and the ability to hit the ground running
Exciting 6 month opportunity
This role is responsible for providing specialist contractual advice and administration for RTWSA’s contracts with Claims Agents and Legal Providers. Advice and support provided will assist RTWSA to minimise risk and ensure the commercial viability of the contracts, this includes monitoring and reporting on all contractual requirements and deliverables.
Specific responsibilities include:
Providing advice and interpretation Scheme Contracts
Executing contract variations
Understanding of contract based remunerations models to assist processing payments
Maintaining contract administration systems and processes
The successful candidate will require:
Contract administration experience including interpreting and making variations to large scale contracts
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present sound arguments and advise a range of stakeholders
The ability to demonstrate strong analytical, conceptual and reasoning skills in particular understanding how key contracts must align with the organisations strategic direction
Working knowledge of South Australian workers injury insurance environment and outsourced remuneration arrangements is desirable
Qualifications in law, commerce or relevant discipline is desirable
