CSR and Ethics Coordinator - Graduate

Working as part of a worldwide public transport operator you will have a direct impact on local communities and Australia’s sustainability footprint. Our newly created CSR & Ethics team are looking for a passionate individual to assist the Group Manager in developing effective strategies and helping roll out an Ethics and Compliance Management System.
Your daily tasks will be varied and could include meeting/workshop coordination, policy and procedure creation and updates, research and benchmarking competitors, managing corruption and money laundering risk maps, assisting with the coordination of whistleblower initiatives and liaising with our businesses nationally to coordinate a unified approach to CSR and Ethics.

Most importantly we are looking for a passionate individual that wants to make a real difference when it comes to compliance and sustainability, however if you have the following you will be well suited to the role!
Exceptional attention to detail, we are looking for someone that loves following procedures
Are a naturally organised individual who loves structure and procedure driven work
Have the ability to adapt your communication style depending on the audience
Have the ability to work autonomously and show initiative and a drive to make things happen
Ideally you will hold a degree in Law, Finance or any related degree
