Employment Consultant
Our Mildura office is seeking an Employment Consultant who is a passionate personseeking a career that truly makes a difference to others. This role is sales and marketing-focused and requires a motivated individual with experience in customer service, who thrives on being part of a successful, results-driven team environment.
The successful candidate will work with both employers and jobseekers to find the best-matched individuals to meet the needs of local businesses. We are looking for individuals who are comfortable with proactively promoting our organisation and our jobseekers, whilst supporting and managing jobseekers as they work towards meeting their employment goals.
The right candidate will have a knack for customer service and a dynamic, confident personality that fits our supportive, team-driven culture. This role is about achieving results for jobseekers. We will provide tailored and focused professional development and training so you can meet your full potential and ensure our jobseekers can, too.
