About the role
As a Service Coordinator at Transdev, you will be responsible for the monitoring, coordination and performance of the Auckland Rail Network. Your main responsibility is to ensure that train services are provided in accordance with the agreed timetable plan.
Working within the Control Room Team you will provide operational direction and co-ordination to our Train Crews for the on time running of the Auckland Passenger Trains.
 
What you bring         
Excellent communication, decision-making and leadership skills
Have a transportation or Logistics background
Experience related to train crews and/or field staff
Data input and computer skills
Flexible customer focus & ability to handle multiple complex tasks under constant pressure
A good understanding of passenger transport logistics and systems is preferred but not essential
