Our successful Retail Sales Team is in need of an enthusiastic and energetic sales person. We need a dynamic territory sales representative to manage our business relationships with independent hardware stores and nurseries around central Queensland. Your reward for success in this role will be a competitive base salary plus incentive and all the support you would expect from Australia’s market leading brands.
Being responsible for an existing territory and client base, your focus will be on building and maintaining relationships with stores at a local level with support from the Orica network. You will work closely with your customers to mutually grow sales and introduce new product ranges to increase market share. You need to be self motivated and be able to achieve sales targets while being on the road.
Whilst previous sales representative or territory management experience is advantageous, retail knowledge, excellent attitude, influencing, negotiating, analytical and relationship building skills are the key factors in this role. Successful candidate to be based in Mackay or surrounding areas.
