(HEO6) $78,476 to $84,801 per annum plus an employer contribution of 9.5% superannuation will apply
Fixed term for 12 months, with the possibility of extension
The Coordinator, Online Student Service is a leadership role within the Ask Adelaide Student Services Team
The position will be responsible for coordinating online support services which includes a comprehensive knowledgebase, staff and student newsletters, online shop and social media content. This position will ideally suit candidates with strong communications, digital marketing or service backgrounds.
The primary focus of this role will be the ongoing review and development of best practice online services that supports our students and staff in an Omni-channel environment. This role will play a strategic part in providing and supporting emerging best practice in digital customer service technologies.
The coordinator position will lead and support a team of Student Services Officers and have a focus on ongoing training and development. This position will support the Leadership Team by coordinating other team functions from time to time as required. The Ask Adelaide team provides a number of services including a contact centre, front of house service desk and event management function for Hub Central.
To be successful you will need:
Demonstrated experience in the delivery of innovative online solutions and high quality service outcomes in a large institutional environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to analyse and interpret data.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and proven ability to lead, positively influence and model exemplary leadership to develop a high performing customer-service culture.
Demonstrated experience in the development and delivery of administrative and student support services reflecting student lifecycle demands.
The capacity to be innovative, learn from mistakes, positively influence and model leadership, whilst actively working as part of a team and motivating staff.
