Rolling Stock Planning Manager

About the Position Reporting to the Rolling Stock Planning, Performance and Occupations Interface Manager, you will play a vital part as you manage a team of Planning Operations Offers and Records Interface Officer. Some of your duties and responsibilities include:

Support the achievement of Balance Scorecard objectives
Adherence to all legislative and regulatory requirements
Be the focal points between Rolling Stock and Operations Department for compiling internal customers
Compile Reports for the performance of KPIs
Control and maintain documentation of Rolling Stock maintenance exam tasks
Control the implementation of Rolling Stock Modifications, Booked Work tasks and any Fleet survey
Drive the development of maintenance information systems
Estimate the future demand of Depots facilities
Manage maintenance data for maintenance planning, scheduling, budgeting, recording and performance indicators reports
Manage the compliance of Rolling Stock availability targets
Manage the compliance of Rolling Stock Technical Maintenance Plan
Provide analysis on maintenance / technical data for KPIs reporting
Work effectively with other business functions to provide an integrated service of high quality to internal customers
Any other duties as specified by manager

About YouTo be a successful candidate for this position, you will have previous experience with Rolling Stock Maintenance. You must have a sound understanding and knowledge of Engineering standards and specifications. You have the ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities ensuring the efficient delivery of tasks, meeting set deadlines and adhering to processes. You also take pride in your ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of management and staff, both written and verbal.
