About the positionThe Senior FP & A Analyst has overall responsibility for the preparation and submission of MTM’s monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting, shareholder reporting, Board reporting, other reporting and variance analysis.About youTo ensure success in this role you will possess:• Tertiary qualifications in Commerce or Accounting with outstanding academic transcripts.• CA/ CPA qualifications• Minimum five years relevant professional experience in an FP&A or Management Reporting role in a large, complex organisation.• Hands-on experience building complex financial models.• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.• Demonstrated experience in the preparation and collation of financial information.• Strong interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills, combined with high attention to detail.• Strong organisational skill with the ability to juggle competing demands and work to tight deadlines.• Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate complex business issues to Executives
