 The role
Reporting to the People & Culture Business Partner this role will see you get involved in all facets of HR support in both an operational and project capacity.  As we continue to grow our business leaders will look to you for support in a wide range of roles including performance, reporting, development and the ongoing expansion of our business.
What you bring
A broad HR generalist background is essential in this role, combined with superior written / communications skills, enabling you to build effective working relationships with your stakeholders. Underpinning this will be your ability to manage competing priorities whilst working independently or as part of a team.  Although not essential exposure to working with unions or in a blue collar environment (i.e. Transport, Hospitality) is highly regarded.
