An exciting opportunity has become available to work in our life risk team as a Business Support Officer in our Melbourne office. This position will be supporting our Sales/Business Development area, in a team assistant capacity, enabling them to focus on revenue generating activities. This opportunity is ideal for someone with solid administration skills that they have developed within the financial services sector looking to develop their career in a sales arena.

The key responsibilities of this role will include;
Making appointments with Financial Intermediaries for Business Development Managers (BDM);
Prepare Sales Kits, ensure up to date for Business Development Manager each week;
Provide office based adviser support, answering phone enquiries, booking appointments and managing the BDMs diary;
Arrange Adviser Functions; and
Ensure BDM’s maintain continuing education requirements.
