The Helpdesk Support Analyst will maintain the Information Technology Helpdesk and provide Level 1 support to internal and external customers.
Responsibilities:

Perform call management and resolution as required.
Ensure all call/problem management escalation procedures are followed.
Maintain and administer ATOM Helpdesk system to enhance call management.
Daily auditing of Domain controllers, Exchange server, and file and print servers.
Assist in carrying out corrective measures to designated equipment.
Provide required call managment reports.
Ensure that call statuses are up-to-date.
Build and maintain a strong relationship with internal and external customers.
Essential Qualifications and experience:

Australian Citizenship
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2000, Server 2003, XP, Microsoft Office and UNIX systems.
Advanced computer skills.
Personal computer hardware.
Productivity applications.
Ability to install and configure computer operating systems and application software.
A sound understanding of helpdesk systems and processes.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with non-technical people over the phone and in person.
Strong problem solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Sound verbal and written communication skills.
Desirable Qualifications:

Microsoft Certified System Engineer/Microsoft Certified System Administrator 2003.
