My client is looking for dedicated people who possess the genuine desire to succeed. Some of their most successful people may not have tertiary qualifications, extensive financial acumen or even previous experience. What they do have, however, is the energy and tenacity to achieve results, common sense, a team focus and a strong customer service ethic.

Salary ranges from $38,000 to $40,000 (depending on experience) plus 9% super and monthly commissions.

In this role you will be required to:

  • Liaise with customers regarding their outstanding accounts eg balances, correct address details and best course of action to recover funds.
  • Collect accounts in full or any variations of payment able to be obtain by negotiation
  • Listen to customers objections and work with the customer to overcome them
  • Adhere, to debt collection guidelines and other legislative requirements.

Key skills required are:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to negotiate with customers
  • Basic Road rules knowledge and understanding
  • Basic computer skills
  • Confidence when dealing with customers

To be considered, you must be an Australian Resident or Citizen and available to start training in May 2008.
