Senior Property Analyst
Location: Hawthorn East,
We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Property Analyst to join the Investment Management team. Reporting to the Head of Investment Management, your role will focus on preparing feasibility analysis on freehold sites together with preparing financial analysis for asset divestment. In addition, you will be integral in the financial assessment of strategic property decisions across the wider property portfolio.
To be successful, you’ll have:
tertiary qualifications, ideally in Property
commercial valuations experience (CPV Qualified)
sound financial, legal evaluation and analytical skills, specifically related to the Property industry
the ability to think strategically and laterally to solve problems, identify solutions and make appropriate recommendations
the ability to work with key stakeholders, up to senior level appropriately
Your key responsibilities will be to:
assist and support Acquisition and Development Managers with the feasibility, financial and some legal aspects of freehold development projects
assist the Investment Management team with financial modelling and due diligence of existing freehold property so that informed strategic decisions can be made.
prepare robust due diligence material for property that is to be divested
support the Property team in the delivery of new projects
provide feasibility modelling for all acquisitions and re-developments
check and monitor all the financial reporting and other inputs to development projects
assist with board submissions and reports, agreements and legal documentation as required
